These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the fswin platform and all services provided under it. By creating an account or using the services through the fswin website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

In these Terms, "user", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the fswin platform. "fswin", "we" or "platform" refers to the organisation operating this service.

fswin is an online gaming and betting platform offering casino games, live casino, and betting on cricket and other sports. Before using these services, users must also read our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies alongside these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Services

If any personal information changes after registration, the account must be updated accordingly. fswin will not be responsible for any disruption to transactions caused by outdated or incorrect information.

fswin reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a government-issued identity card, driving licence or passport may be requested for verification.

3.1 KYC Process

Full identity verification (KYC) may be mandatory before withdrawing above a certain amount or claiming a bonus. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until the verification process is complete.

3.2 Information Discrepancies

If the information provided during verification does not match the registration details, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently, and the associated funds may be held.

All financial transactions on fswin are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The currently accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• The deposit will be added to the account balance once it has been successfully verified.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawal processing normally takes between 5 and 30 minutes.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails for any reason, fswin will attempt to return the funds automatically. If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, please contact the support team.

fswin offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms that must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (i.e. ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered) — only then can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn.

5.2 General Terms for Other Promotions

• While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be claimed unless specifically permitted.
• There is a set time limit both for claiming a bonus and for completing the wagering requirement.
• The contribution of certain games towards wagering when playing with bonus balance may differ.
• fswin reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected abuse.
• More than one account in the same household or on the same device may not claim a bonus.

Specific rules apply to all sections on fswin — slots, live casino, fishing and sports betting. The rules of a particular game or betting market supplement fswin's applicable rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. fswin reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault. Please verify all details carefully before confirming a bet.

6.2 Special Rules for Cricket Betting

• If a match is suspended or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with fswin's rules.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will also be treated as final.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

Slot game RTP (Return to Player) is as published by the game provider. If a game is disrupted for any reason, fswin will investigate and take appropriate action. The dealer's decision in live casino games is final.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a server outage or loss of internet connection, fswin will review the log records and resolve the matter. Attempting to profit abnormally by exploiting technical faults is prohibited.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's details.
• Abusing bonus benefits or collusion (group fraud).
• Using betting software, bots or any automated system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to fswin's systems.

7.2 Account Suspension Procedure

If prohibited conduct is suspected, fswin may temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is ongoing. If the allegation is proven after the investigation is complete, the account will be permanently closed.

7.3 Right of Appeal

If a user believes their account has been closed unfairly, they may appeal through the support team. Relevant evidence should be submitted along with the appeal.

• Loss caused by the user's own carelessness or incorrect information.
• Loss caused by unexpected technical failures or cyber attacks.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own betting or gaming decisions.

9.2 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable or limited due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical reasons. fswin will try to give advance notice of such interruptions, but this may not always be possible.

10.1 Setting Your Own Limits

• Users can set a limit on how much money they deposit per day, per week, or per month.

11.2 Resolution Timeframe

11.3 Final Decision

The decision given after fswin's internal investigation will be considered final. If a user is not satisfied with the decision, they may seek remedy through the applicable legal process.

fswin reserves the right to change, amend, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

12.1 Notice of Changes

For significant changes, fswin will attempt to notify members by email or via a notification at login. However, if you continue to use the platform after a change, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.

12.2 Severability of Terms

If any clause of these terms is found to be inapplicable or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. Waiving the enforcement of any clause on one occasion will not be considered a waiver of that clause in the future.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies together constitute the entire agreement between fswin and the user. Any oral or written understanding outside of this agreement is superseded by it.
